Daheng has newly launched an integrated solution for the Vacuuming Glue Dispensing Automated Production Line, specifically tailored for precision manufacturing enterprises. This production line is designed to address the bottlenecks in the manufacturing process of vacuum, glue filling, aiming to achieve a dual improvement in efficiency and quality.
Key Features
- Bubble Elimination: The entire production line is dedicated to solving the problem of tiny air bubbles in the glue. It is equipped with 2 highly practical PGB-650 arm-type high-precision glue dispensers and a specially designed vacuum chamber that can reach a vacuum degree of -0.1 MPa. This effectively extracts all the tiny air bubbles from the glue, ensuring its thermal conductivity and durability.
- Safety Upgrade: Daheng has also made significant safety enhancements on this customized production line. It is exclusively equipped with a safety grating system that continuously monitors the operating area. In case of any abnormalities, the system will automatically stop the machine, guaranteeing zero risk of human-machine collaboration.

2. Tank with motor stirrer that prevent the glue from sediment and keep the potting material in constant temperature.
3 Tank with top/ high /low liquid sensors that ensure alarm warning when liquid higher or lower the setting level .
4 Tank with vacuum degas (degas time can be set through touch screen), so the material can be re-feeding through vacuum negative pressure .
5 Tank with pressure releasing ball valve ; the bottom of tank reserved back-flow connector and river closure ball valve.
6 Tank with heater which can preheat materials to assure good flowability .
7 Tank with artificial feeding mouth that can be added glue appropriately by hand . 8 Tank with silica-dryer which can prevent material especially PU from crystallization .
For variable ratio dispensing, the system handles ratios from 1:1 to 10:1.
The system is composed of AB tanks, metering pumps and motor, mixing pipe, dual valve, dynamic motor for dynamic stirring and 3-axis robotic platform.
Two kinds of component materials are separately before they mix in mixing tube to avoid glue cure in system. Dispensing valve is with suck-back function to keep thin fluid from dripping.
